The Tough Days
Starting a business isn’t easy—especially if you didn’t go to school for it or grow up surrounded by great examples of what successful entrepreneurship looks like. The truth is, it’s filled with challenges, setbacks, and more “no’s” than you can count.
But what keeps me grounded—and more importantly, what keeps me going—are the moments of “yes.” The words of encouragement. The unexpected connections. The people who genuinely see you, even if they’re not familiar faces.
Support doesn’t always come from the big banks. Sometimes, it looks like using every spare dollar you have to keep pushing forward. But even on the tough days, I’m reminded why I started.
One smile, one snack, one small act of service at a time—I’m still here. And that matters.
